We ship worldwide from our location in London, Ontario, Canada, typically within 24-72 hours of receipt of order (not including weekends and holidays). Due to the volume of parcels we ship, we use Canada Post because of the competitive rates and fast delivery times. Can Par shipping is also available for deliveries within Canada (ask us for a quote). In keeping with the spirit of recycling, we ship our product in used/recycled boxes and packing whenever possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills.

Free Shipping Promotion: Our $150+ (pre tax) Free Shipping within Canadian provinces promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, North West Territories and to countries outside of Canada. The Free Shipping promotion does not apply to sale priced items and is exclusive of additional oversized/overweight item charges. After discounted prices are used when determining free shipping (ie. The $150 must be met after all discounts have been applied and do not include any taxes paid, in order to receive free shipping). Free shipping is not available on special orders or custom orders. If your order is over $150 we will adjust your order before your credit card is processed at our end so shipping is not charged.
