Is my credit card and personal information secure on the Gift of Art website? Gift of Art uses the highest level of encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of both your personal and credit information. We do not share or sell personal information.
Do I receive an order confirmation? How can I track my order? When your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive a tracking number from the shipping company once the parcel is shipped.
Shipping Information We ship worldwide from our location in London, Ontario, Canada, typically within 24-72 hours of receipt of order (not including weekends and holidays). Due to the volume of parcels we ship, we use Canada Post because of the competitive rates and fast delivery times. Can Par is available for deliveries within Canada upon request. For shipping outside of North America we determine the delivery company used on a case by case basis, based on the best prices we can find for you. In keeping with the spirit of recycling, we ship our product in used/recycled boxes and packing whenever possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills. For shipping outside of Canada, shipping is determined after the order is placed with us. We will investigate to get you the best rates possible. HST taxe will be applied to all shipping and handling charges.
NOTE: The recipient is responsible for any/all duties, taxes and fees (if any) relating to all international orders (this pertains to shipping outside of Canada only).
Our $150+ (pre tax) Free Shipping within Canadian provinces promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, North West Territories and to countries outside of Canada. The Free Shipping promotion does not apply to sale priced items and is exclusive of additional oversized/overweight item charges. After discounted prices are used when determining free shipping (ie. The $150 must be met after all discounts have been applied and do not include any taxes paid, in order to receive free shipping). Free shipping is not available on special orders or custom orders.
Returns & Exchanges At Gift of Art our return policy is simple: If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. Thus, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, with original receipt, to the original credit card it was purchased with. Special orders and custom orders may not be returned. Shipping costs will be reapplied on orders that took advantage of the Free Shipping promotion, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. All returned items must arrive to us in their original condition, unused.
These instructions must be followed for all returns: Call our store location at 519.642.4095 between regular business hours and our customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number or RA number which must be placed on the outside of your shipping package on the address label. You must repack the item back in the original packaging that we shipped it to you in. Please include a photo copy of your original receipt inside the package. Please Note: We will not accept returns without the RA number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will not be accepted. We will not accept C.O.D. returns.
Custom orders, special orders, used items, and earrings may not be returned at any time.
Cancellations You are able to cancel any item you order, provided we have not packaged it or already shipped it. Please call us promptly with any cancellations you may have. If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, but after it has been packed you will be charged 15% of the cost of the item as a unpacking, restocking fee. Custom orders and special orders can only be cancelled if the artist has not started creating the item for you. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped to you, it will be considered a return, and will be processed as described above. |
