Product Description
This gorgeous wool purse features black, red, cream and aqua on a beautiful aqua flap. The bag's body is made from couched wool fabric, with multi-colour wool sewn over its surface. The lining is a black thick satin that complements the outer shell.
Flat, the body of the purse measures 11 1/2” wide x 12" high. The adjustable strap has three full lengths for petit, average or tall women or can be shortened to become a handbag. There are three pockets inside for wallets, cell phones, pens, etc.
This work is lovingly created by London, Ontario, Canada artist Sheri Cowan. She draws on her background skills as a graphic designer to create her different animal characters, flowers and other decorative designs. Recycling is very important to Sheri and she tries to re-use and re-cycle in her work as much as possible. This means that you will find items from her vast bead and vintage button collection, as well as boiled and felted wool material from blankets and jackets and other found items in her work.
